Robin Motter-Mast, DO, is the Chief of Staff at GBMC HealthCare, the Medical Director of Care Transformation, and serves as a Family Medicine Physician at GBMC Health Partners Primary Care – Hunt Manor. Dr. Motter-Mast earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed a 1-year internship at Crozer-Chester Medical Center/Delaware County Memorial Hospitals outside of Philadelphia. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.

Dr. Motter-Mast began her career with GBMC in 2005, and has helped the organization to develop and manage one of the largest primary care networks in the Baltimore area. She has assisted in the development and implementation of the Patient Centered Medical Home model, one of the first Accountable Care Organizations in Maryland, and a Primary Care Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Program.
