Kelly Ryan, DO, is board certified in Family Medicine and was fellowship trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine, with additional certification of qualification for care for the athletic population. She is Medical Director of the Horsemen’s Health Program at Maryland Racetracks.
Dr. Ryan treats family medicine, sports medicine and non-surgical orthopedic patients at the MedStar Franklin Square Family Health Center, MedStar Franklin Square Orthopedic Institute and MedStar Urgent Care, and teaches residents as Sports Medicine Faculty, part of the Medstar Franklin Square Family Medicine Residency Program. She also is an Associate Professor at Georgetown Medical School, Team Physician for Towson University College, former Team Physician for the professional indoor arena football team, the Baltimore Brigade, and assistant team physician for the Baltimore Orioles. She is a board member for the Maryland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine and current President of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians.
