Ramona Seidel, MD, FAAFP , Board Chair

Dr. Seidel was born and raised in New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and returned to New Jersey for medical school. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at UCSD. In practice since 1992 and a Board Certified family physician, she is on staff at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
Believing that her patients are entitled to a personalized approach to healthcare in an unrushed setting, she opened Bay Crossing Family Medicine in November 2005. Dr. Seidel has special interests in cross-cultural and travel medicine, child and adolescent medicine, and weight management issues, especially as relates to eating disorders.

Dr. Seidel lives in the Annapolis area with her husband, a retired naval officer, three children, and a dog named “Buddy.” In those rare moments of free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, taking long walks and an occasional run.
