Kisha Davis, MD, MPH, FAAFP , AAFP Delegate
Kisha Davis, MD, MPH was a project manager for Family Medicine for America’s Health project. She previously served as a White House Fellow in the Obama administration and as a staff physician at Chase Brexton Health Services in Columbia, MD. She was the 2013-2014 New Physician on the AAFP Board of Directors and Convener of the 2019 National Conference of Constituency Leaders. She is a past President and Board Chair of the MDAFP.
She completed her bachelor of science degree in biological anthropology and anatomy at Duke University. She earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where she received the Lyman Stowe Award for humanitarianism in medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Maryland where she served as chief resident and later earned a master’s degree in public health from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore.
